The True Cost of Grocery Shopping

When you really think about it, grocery shopping is actually a bit of an odd process. First, we get bombarded with weekly grocery ads - each flyer claiming that their products and prices are the best, as we try to figure out, from the huge amount of information, how to truly get the best deal without wasting too much time and energy going back and forth between the various stores.  How can we take advantage of all of this information without wasting a lot of time?
